Three steps, about a minute. You need a LumaQuote Pro or Team account and a Claude account.

Open LumaQuote in ClaudeClick Add to Claude. LumaQuote opens in Claude's connector directory.
ConnectClick Connect, then Continue on the LumaQuote page.

Your projects stay yours

The connector is built so Claude can help you work faster without touching anything you have not reviewed.

Read only for projects. Claude never changes, sends or deletes a project, and never picks LEDs, prices or controls for you.
Same math as your proposals. Every figure comes from LumaQuote's own calculation, so Claude's numbers match your PDF line for line.
Signed in with your account. You connect with your lumaquote.com login. Claude only sees what you can open in LumaQuote.
Team rules apply. On a Team plan, auditors only see the projects assigned to them or that they created.
New audits wait for you. An audit Claude adds opens in LumaQuote as a new project for you to check before you quote.

Questions about LumaQuote for Claude

Which LumaQuote plans include the Claude connector?

LumaQuote Pro and LumaQuote Team. On a team, every member can connect their own account.

Can Claude change or send my proposals?

No. Claude can read your projects and add new field audits for you to review. It never changes, sends or deletes a project, and it never picks LEDs, prices or controls for you.

Are the numbers the same as in my proposals?

Yes. Claude gets every figure from the same calculation LumaQuote uses for proposals, estimates and exports: existing, LED only and LED plus controls, with the assumptions behind them.

What can I see on a team?

The same projects you can open in LumaQuote. Owners and estimators see the team's projects; auditors see the projects assigned to them or that they created.

How do I bring in an old audit spreadsheet?

Share the spreadsheet with Claude and ask it to add it as a field audit. Claude shows you the spaces, fixtures, quantities and watts it read before saving. The audit opens in LumaQuote as a new project the next time you open the dashboard.

How do I disconnect?

Remove the LumaQuote connector in Claude's settings. Claude loses access right away. Your projects in LumaQuote are not affected.

Can I add LumaQuote to Claude with a link instead?

Yes. Click Copy connector link on this page, then in Claude open Settings, then Connectors, add a custom connector named LumaQuote and paste the link. This also works in Claude Code.
